The Conversation Project and Let’s Have Dinner and Talk about Death are joining together to launch a nationwide event, Seven Days, Two Organizations and One Conversation (#SevenTwoOne), to spur Americans into throwing the most important dinner party they’ll ever have. Make this one of your New Year’s resolutions!
How we want to die – the most important and costly conversation America isn’t having. While 90 percent of Americans say it’s important to discuss their own and their loved ones’ wishes for end-of-life care, only 30 percent actually do.
During the first week of January, we ask that you pick a date and join the national movement. Fill your table with comfort food, family, and friends and start talking about how you want to live the last days of your lives. The idea is that if we know the end of life wishes of our loved ones, we’ll be able to honor them with dignity, respect, and deep compassion. We’ll provide the tools and tips to get the conversation started. You choose the guests, the menu and let the wine and conversation flow.

Please mark January 1-7 on your calendar! Commit to making this one of your New Year’s resolutions and have the most important dinner party of your life. Share with us your SevenTwoOne experience by emailing us at wecare@sevenponds.com or leaving a comment below!
